Hello, I’m Anagha! A psychologist offering mental health support through a combination of Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), somatic practices, and a trauma-informed lens.
Therapy with me is not a one-size-fits-all process. I aim to create a space that feels supportive, steady, and collaborative, one where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at a pace that’s supportive of you. Together, we shape the work based on what you need, whether that means sitting with discomfort, making sense of inner conflicts, or simply having a consistent space to pause and check in.
I build a therapeutic relationship rooted in curiosity, trust, and mutual respect, supporting you in making sense of your experiences and finding what feels manageable and meaningful in your day-to-day life. To grow as a therapist, I make it a point to attend trainings, read, and take part in workshops, which helps me bring meaningful and effective support into our work.
