"Everyone is a bit scared.
We are less scared together.'

- Charlie Mackesy

Who are We?

Human beings cannot exist in isolation, we are born in communities and are shaped by various interlinked experiences that have brought us to where we are today. We believe that healing takes place in connection; a connection with ourselves, other people, and even the multiple stories that we are made up of. With this intent, Anagha and Hasti, decided to start The Linking Space - Mental Health Services.

Therapy at The Linking Space includes interactions which help the client feel seen, supported, and understood. The therapist and client work collaboratively to explore the thoughts and emotions, figuring out how to access social support, and how to show up more fully in their communities.

Our team is made up of psychotherapists who use distinct  yet inclusive therapeutic approaches in order to make our services accessible for people coming from various backgrounds with different stories.

Client Stories

What Our Clients Say

I came to therapy, over 2 years ago, with a lot of overwhelm but Hasti consulted and guided me through the phases with a lot of  compassion and patience. She makes sure to provide a safe and non- judgemental space in every session so I can open up and now I feel much more confident, self aware and equipped to handle emotional challenges.
